Aztech Landscaping and Brick Paving is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Take-Off and Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping and brick paving projects, paired with excellent analytical skills. This position may be part-time or full-time, depending on seasonal demands and mutual agreement.
Responsibilities:
Analyze commercial project plans and proposals to develop accurate and comprehensive cost estimates.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure estimates align with project goals and timelines.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements
Proven experience in commercial landscaping and/or brick paving take-off and estimation.
