1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services and Estimations

5. Property Access and Utilities

• Access: The client must provide clear, unobstructed access to the property, gates, and work areas on the scheduled service day.
• Underground Utilities: While we take standard precautions and coordinate with local public utility marking services (such as JULIE in Illinois), the client is responsible for identifying and notifying us of any private underground lines, invisible dog fences, private sprinkler systems, low-voltage lighting, or septic systems. Aztech Landscaping Ltd. is not liable for damage to unmarked or underground private lines not disclosed prior to work.

6. Intellectual Property & Website Use

• Website Content: All text, design plans, 3D renderings, logos, graphics, and project photos displayed on aztechlandscaping.com are the property of Aztech Landscaping Ltd. and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
• Permitted Use: You may use our Site for personal, non-commercial purposes to view our portfolio, request quotes, or contact us.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aztech Landscaping Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, property structural issues due to preexisting drainage conditions, or plant/turf survival due to extreme weather, neglect, or lack of client watering post-installation—arising out of your use of the Site or our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
